9 月 1 日開學的首個星期，兒子所在的班級迎來了一場班長選舉。
過程很簡單：誰想做就舉手，然後走到全班同學面前，分享自己為什麼想當班長。
兒子的競選宣言是這樣的：

在每堂等老師的空檔，可以「捉」那些聊天、講話的同學。

負責幫大家派簿子。 話音剛落，全班只有一個人稀稀落落地拍了掌。
另一位同學接著上台，他的宣言則是：

我想協助同學解決在課室內的困難，例如：如果同學未能及時抄好手冊，我可以借給他們抄。

維持班上的秩序。 這番話講完，全班同學報以熱烈的掌聲，最後也順理成章地當選了班長。
放學後，兒子委屈地對我說：「這很不公平！我這麼努力走上台講出自己的想法，為什麼沒有掌聲，又當不上班長？」
那一刻，我溫柔地告訴他：「兒子，你的確很努力，也能勇敢突破自我，在全班同學面前表達自己，這非常棒。但『努力』本身，並不是選班長的唯一條件。」
「再者，現場同學的反應，其實真實地回應了大家的『需要』。班長的角色本質是『帶領和協助』。另一位同學所講的內容，精準對應了集體的供求，自然會獲得掌聲與支持。假若今天你們兩人站出來講的內容一模一樣，而結果卻截然不同，那才叫真的不公平。」
這場日常的小風波，讓我看見一個很深的靈性感悟：當我們覺得世界不公平時，往往是因為我們用「自己的努力」合理化了一切，卻沒有覺察到自身所提供的價值，與外界真實的需求之間是否存在著「不匹配」的地方。
我們正身處人類圖預言中一場巨大的意識轉變——從集體化的生存模式，走向個體化的覺醒（2027 跨時代循環）。在這樣的能量流轉下，我們更需要學會看清自己的天賦與能力究竟適合放在哪裡、如何與世界對接，而不是一味在錯-位的地方討要結果。當你懂得了供需的本質，並將能力擺對位置，世界自然會為你建立起真正公平且順流的局面。

During the very first week of the new school year on September 1st, my son’s class held an election for class monitor.
The process was simple: whoever wanted to run raised their hand, stepped up in front of the whole class, and shared why they wanted the role.
My son’s campaign speech went like this:

While waiting for the teacher between classes, I can "catch" and stop students who are chatting.

I will hand out notebooks. When he finished, only one person in the entire class clapped.
Another student then stepped up and shared:

I want to help classmates solve difficulties in the classroom—for example, if someone misses copying down their handbook, I can lend mine to them.

I will help maintain order in the class. As soon as he finished, the whole class burst into warm applause, and he was naturally elected as the monitor.
After school, my son looked at me, feeling aggrieved, and said, "It's so unfair! I worked so hard to go up there and speak, why was there no applause, and why didn't I get to be monitor?"
At that moment, I gently told him, "My son, you truly did work hard, and you bravely stepped out of your comfort zone to express yourself in front of everyone—that is wonderful. But 'effort' alone is not the criteria for being chosen as a monitor."
"Furthermore, the reaction of the audience directly reflected the actual 'needs' of the group. The core role of a monitor is to lead and assist. What the other boy offered matched the collective supply and demand, which naturally earned him applause and votes. If the two of you had stood up and said the exact same thing yet received completely different outcomes, that would be unfair."
This everyday incident brought me a profound spiritual realization: Whenever we feel the world is unfair, it is often because we have rationalized our efforts while failing to perceive the mismatch between what we offer and what is actually needed.
We are currently navigating a massive shift in consciousness—moving from collective conditioning toward individual awakening (the 2027 cross-era cycle in Human Design). Under this energetic transition, we need to understand how our unique abilities are meant to develop and where they belong, rather than forcing results in misaligned places. Once you understand the nature of supply and demand and anchor your capabilities in the right space, the world naturally establishes a truly fair and flowing dynamic for you.
